About Us

Vision Statement

Webster County, with its scenic beauty, is a haven for all of those who reside here.  All citizens are valued without regard to age, race, sex, sexual orientation, disability or economic status.  Above all, Webster County values its children and strives to ensure that all children and their families receive the necessary support to enable them to become happy, healthy, safe and productive members of society.  Programs exist solely for the benefit of those they serve.  Services are community based and delivered in a manner which promotes self-worth, independence and empowerment.  There is a shared sense of ownership and responsibility for the well being of individuals, agencies, organizations, communities and the county, by all who reside in Webster County.

The Webster County Family Resource Network will facilitate needed sytemic changes by working closely and cooperatively with all levels of government to enhance service delivery and promote collaboration among and between consumers, providers and the communities at large in order for our vision to become a reality.
